President/CEO,
John Little

John started InStream in 2004 to be a resource for companies by managing their recycling and solid waste needs. He has a background in Information Systems, Plant Management, and Process Improvement. John earned a degree in Industrial Engineering. Born in Pennsylvania, he currently resides in Greenville, SC with his wife of 42 years, 3 children and 3 grandchildren. John’s hobbies include fly fishing, camping, motorcycling, and spending time with family.

Vice President of Marketing & Sales,
Joel Powell

Joel has 32 years in sales and marketing management, while specializing in account management, customer service, and customized solutions. He graduated with a marketing degree from Clemson University in 1992. Joel has been married for 26 years and has two children. He enjoys all outdoor activities, classic cars, military history, and Clemson football.

Sales & Business Development,
Larry Seay

Larry boasts 38 years of experience in scrap metals and recycling with a business degree from Appalachian State University. His expertise spans every aspect of the recycling functions from acquisition, sales, and operations, to inventory management. Larry is married with 4 children and 6 grandchildren, but finds time for playing a few rounds of golf and discovering new restaurants.

Operations Manager,
Jeremy Darnell

Jeremy started his career at InStream in 2008. He has experience in waste stream auditing, sales, data analysis, operational buildout, and customer service. Born and raised in Travelers Rest, SC, Jeremy graduated from Furman University in 2001. His hobbies include coaching soccer, travelling, the outdoors, and live music.

AP & Data Entry Specialist,
Sara Reinholtz

Born and raised in Greenville, SC, Sara graduated from North Greenville University with a Business degree in 2013. She started working at InStream in 2019 as the Accounts Payable/Data Entry Specialist. Outside of work, she enjoys playing sports, baking, crafting and spending time with family.

Account Representative,
Christina Smith Kelley

Christina began working at InStream in 2012. A graduate of Clemson University, Christina enjoys helping customers with cost savings and environmental goals. She specializes in taking facilities to Zero Landfill as cost effectively as possible.

Customer Service Manager,
Brian Deyton

Brian hails from Travelers Rest, SC. He studied at Mars Hill University with a BA in Physical Education/Sports Management and North Greenville University with a Masters in Christian Ministry. Brian married his high school sweetheart and had three children. He joined InStream Environmental as the Customer Service Manager in April 2010. He spends his free time with his family, watching college football, and coaching.

Corporate Accountant,
Noelle Crosby

Born and raised in the Greenville, SC area, Noelle joined InStream Environmental in November 2011. She graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Business Accounting. Noelle’s hobbies include Genealogy, Crafts, and Reading.
